At first Chris was very helpful and communicative. But then it became a hassle of what can and cannot go into a dumpster, wanting extra money for minor things. I’ve utilized able junks services 4 times now for removal of my ability to collect junk/clutter 😂 Chris is always super responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Pricing is extremely fair and he is always prompt. Chris was very collaborative in trying to reach the best solution for and with me. He was very conscientious and held himself accountable to determine a reasonable price/quote and committing to it. He was thorough and efficient with what he removed and was able to conduct the work on the same day I had contacted him. I will recommend him to others as I felt he was honest, hard working and practiced a traditional customer service approach.
